Review

Power Thought brain supplement is manufactured by Bluebonnet.  This supplement incorporates a blend of phospholipids, amino acids and a natural herb to create a powerful memory enhancer.  Power Thought contains phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, L-Glutamine, L-tyrosine, Taurine, Pyroglutamic acid, DMAE and Ginkgo Biloba extract.

Phosphatidylcholine is a component of the neuronal cell membrane and provides for healthy membrane function.  Phosphatidylserine is also a member of the neuronal membrane that supports overall membrane function and is important for controlling cortisol levels as well.

Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) is an amino acid  and a building block for choline which is necessary to make the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.  DMAE can boost memory, elevates mood, helps with attention deficit problems, autism, Huntington’s Chorea, Alzheimer’s disease, depression and acts as an anti-aging factor.
