Sharp Mind

Solaray Sharp Mind is a proprietary blend of a number of natural herbs and Phosphatidylserine. This brain supplement increases short term memory, reduces pain and inflammation, increases blood flow to the brain and body and inhibits acetylcholinesterase. Acetylcholinesterase is an enzyme that breaks down the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Inhibiting this enzyme allows acetylcholine to remain around longer in the synaptic cleft and continue neural transmission. This improves many brain functions including short term memory. Cat’s Claw reduces inflammation, Horse Chestnut helps with chronic venous insufficiency and Gingko Biloba increases blood circulation for the brain and body. Dopabean provides dopamine which is a neurotransmitter that modulates brain activity, Vinpocetin acts as a blood thinner allowing more blood to flow to the brain and Huperzine A is the herb that inhibits the enzyme acetylcholinesterase.

User Opinions

There are limited reviews in the United States however, they are not consistent. They range from 5 stars to 1 star. Some consumers swear that it increases their memory recall and when they stop taking it they notice it right away. On the other hand, others report they experienced no effect what so ever. It probably depends on what problem you have. Some individuals were trying to treat depression and use this supplement in place of prescription drugs.

One capsule daily with a meal or glass of water.
